➻ Not at all! Many clients provide access to their home before the appointment and return after the cleaning is complete. If you prefer to be home, that's perfectly fine too.

Will I have the same cleaner each visit?

➻ Yes! Scrububbly Cleaning is owner-operated, so you'll work directly with the same cleaner each visit whenever possible. This allows us to become familiar with your home and consistently meet your expectations.

How do I get a quote?

Do you charge hourly?

➻ For recurring maintenance services, you'll receive a personalized quote based on your home's needs.For Initial Deep Cleans and Move-In/Move-Out Cleanings, we estimate the labor required and provide an estimated price range before your appointment. If additional work outside the approved scope becomes necessary, we'll always discuss it with you before proceeding.

Is there a minimum booking amount?

What is the difference between a standard cleaning and an initial deep clean?

➻ Our Standard Cleaning is designed to maintain a clean, comfortable home through regular upkeep. It focuses on general cleaning tasks, along with any recurring services you've selected such as laundry, dishes, tidying, or rotational detail work to prevent buildup and keep your home consistently clean.➻ Our Initial Deep Cleaning is a more thorough, detail-oriented service completed before beginning recurring maintenance. It addresses accumulated dust, dirt, and buildup throughout the home, bringing everything up to our standard so future maintenance visits can focus on keeping it that way rather than catching up.

Do all First Time clients require an initial deep clean?

➻ Not always. While most first-time clients benefit from an Initial Deep Clean, homes that are already well maintained may qualify for a Standard Cleaning. We'll recommend the service that best fits your home's condition during the quoting process.

What's included in a Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning?

➻ Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning is our most comprehensive residential service. It includes everything in our Initial Deep Clean plus detailed cleaning of closets, cabinets, drawers, interior windows, and other areas that are more accessible when the home is vacant.

Do you clean inside appliances?

➻ Yes! Interior cleaning of refrigerators, ovens, microwaves, and other appliances is available depending on the service selected. Please let us know during the quoting process if you'd like appliance interiors included.

Do you clean interior windows? Are exterior windows included?

➻ Interior windows are included with our Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning service and may be included with other services depending on the scope of work. Exterior window cleaning is offered as a separate service where safely accessible.

Do you move furniture while cleaning?

➻ We will move lightweight furniture when it is safe and practical to do so. For safety reasons, we do not move large furniture, appliances, or items that may be damaged during relocation.

What's included in a Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning?

➻ Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning is our most comprehensive residential service. It includes everything in our Initial Deep Clean plus detailed cleaning of closets, cabinets, drawers, interior windows, and other areas that are more accessible when the home is vacant.

Do you organize closets, cabinets, or personal belongings?

➻ We are happy to clean accessible surfaces, but organizing personal belongings is not included unless specifically requested.

How often can I schedule recurring cleanings?

➻ We currently offer: Weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly cleanings.We'll help you choose a schedule that best fits your home and lifestyle.

What if I need to reschedule or cancel?

➻ We understand that plans change. We kindly ask for as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Cancellation policies may apply for last-minute cancellations.

Do you offer one-time cleanings?

Do you clean homes with pets?
